Tata Motors Completes Composite Scheme of Arrangement: Changes Name and Transfers Commercial Vehicles Business Undertaking

Tata Motors Limited has completed a Composite Scheme of Arrangement, leading to changes in its name and the transfer of its Commercial Vehicles Business Undertaking to TML Commercial Vehicles Limited. Simultaneously, Tata Motors Limited has been renamed as Tata Motors Passenger Vehicles Limited, and TML Commercial Vehicles Limited has become the new Tata Motors Limited. This restructuring has resulted in Automobile Corporation of Goa Limited (ACGL)'s shareholding, previously held by Tata Motors Limited, being transferred to the new Tata Motors Limited.
