Automotive Axles Sets Record Date for Final Dividend 2025-26

Automotive Axles Ltd has announced the record date for determining shareholder eligibility for the Final Dividend for FY 2025-26 and for attending the 45th Annual General Meeting (AGM). The register of members and share transfer books will be closed from August 6 to August 12, 2026. The record date is set for August 5, 2026. Shareholders holding shares as of this date are eligible to vote electronically at the AGM and receive the final dividend, if declared. The proposed dividend is ₹32 per share. Remote e-voting will be open from August 9 to August 11, 2026.
