Autoriders Intl Appoints Secretarial Auditor, Boosts Borrowing Limits
Autoriders International Ltd's Board of Directors approved the appointment of M/s. HRU & Associates as Secretarial Auditors for five years. The board also approved increasing borrowing limits to ₹200 crores and charge creation limits to ₹200 crores, subject to member approval. Additionally, Mrs. Maneka Vijay Mulchandani was re-designated as Executive Director for three years with a remuneration cap of ₹50 lakhs per annum. The company will also adopt a new MOA, including provisions for renewable energy business, pending member and regulatory approval.
