Autoriders Intl Approves Audited Financial Results for FY26

Autoriders International Ltd's Board approved the audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026, in its meeting held on May 21, 2026. The board also re-appointed M/s. Shah & Shahpatel, Chartered Accountants, as the Internal Auditor for the Financial Year 2026-27, based on the Audit Committee's recommendation.
