Avance Technologies Appoints New MD & CFO, Changes Director Designation

Avance Technologies Ltd announced significant management changes following a Board of Directors meeting on June 30, 2026. Mr. Latesh Poojary's designation changed from Managing Director to Non-Executive Director. Mr. Santosh Hambare was appointed as the new Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer, effective immediately, for a term of five years subject to shareholder approval. Mr. Dipak Gaikwad was appointed as an additional Non-Executive and Independent Director. These appointments aim to meet operational and statutory requirements and complete the Key Managerial Personnel composition.
