Avantel Ltd Board Meeting on July 11 to Approve Q1 FY27 Results

Avantel Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors will convene on July 11, 2026, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results for the First Quarter ended June 30, 2026. In line with SEBI regulations, the company has also closed its trading window from July 1, 2026, and it will remain shut for 48 hours post-declaration of the financial results to prevent insider trading. This announcement is made in compliance with SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
