Avantel Ltd Re-appoints Grandhy & Co. as Statutory Auditors

Avantel Ltd announced the re-appointment of M/s. Grandhy & Co., Chartered Accountants, as its Statutory Auditors for a second term of five years, from the conclusion of the 36th AGM until the 41st AGM (FY 2030-31). The company also appointed Dr. Tamilmani Kandasamy and Mr. Lakshminarasimha Acharyulu Muktevi as Independent Directors for a five-year term commencing April 26, 2026. These decisions were approved by the company's members at the 36th Annual General Meeting held on June 24, 2026.
