Avanti Feeds to hold 33rd AGM on Aug 14, 2026 via VC

Avanti Feeds Ltd announced that its Thirty-Third Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Friday, August 14, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. IST. The meeting will be conducted through Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM) in compliance with Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) and SEBI circulars. The Annual Report for FY 2025-26, including financial statements, will be sent to members. The company is providing an e-voting facility for all resolutions. The record date for voting rights and dividend entitlement is August 7, 2026. The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will be closed from August 8 to August 14, 2026, for the AGM and dividend determination.
