Avax Apparels and Ornaments Ltd. to Establish New Factory in Ludhiana and Change Books of Accounts Location

Avax Apparels and Ornaments Ltd. announced that its Board of Directors approved the establishment of a new factory unit in Ludhiana, Punjab, for expanding manufacturing operations and meeting future production requirements. The estimated capital investment for setting up the said factory is up to Rs. 5 Cr. (Rupees Five Crores Only) or any other amount as may be extended by further resolution in the Board Meeting. The Board also approved the change of location for keeping and maintaining Books of Accounts of the Company from 2209 G/1, St. No.1, Bhola Colony, Ludhiana, Punjab-141010 to Jain Shawls Wali Gali, E14/1895, Bahadar Ka Road, Karabara Main Road, Wine Shop, Thapar Nagar, Ludhiana, Punjab, 141008, for the convenient of keeping all accounting related documents.
