Aveer Foods Closes Trading Window for Insider Trading

Aveer Foods Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for all promoters, designated persons, insiders, and their immediate relatives. This closure is effective from July 1, 2026, and will remain in effect until 48 hours after the declaration of the un-audited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The company will communicate the date of the board meeting to approve these results separately. This measure is in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
