The EGM will be conducted through Video Conference (VC) or Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM). The company has proposed the appointment of Ms. Nikita Sehrawat as Manager for a period of 5 years. The EGM will also discuss other business matters. The cut-off date for remote e-voting is Tuesday, 17th February, 2026. The remote e-voting will commence on Saturday, 21st February, 2026 at 9.00 a.m. (IST) and will end on Tuesday, 23rd February, 2026 at 5.00 p.m. (IST).
