Avonmore Capital Closes Trading Window for Insider Trading

Avonmore Capital & Management Services Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for dealing in the company's shares. This closure is in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The window will be shut for all insiders, including designated persons and their immediate relatives, starting from July 1st, 2026. It will reopen 48 hours after the declaration of the Un-audited Financial Results for the Quarter Ended June 30th, 2026. The exact date of the board meeting to consider these results will be communicated later.
