Avro India Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors will convene on August 14, 2026, to consider and approve the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The meeting is scheduled for 5:00 PM at the company's registered office in Ghaziabad. A trading window closure has been implemented from July 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of these financial results.
