AVT Natural Products Board Approves AGM, Dividend Record Date, Director Changes

AVT Natural Products Ltd announced the outcome of its Board Meeting held on June 09, 2026. The Board approved the 40th Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held on August 17, 2026. The book closure and record date for dividend and AGM are set from August 11-17, 2026, with August 10, 2026, as the record date for dividend eligibility. The Board also accepted the resignation of Mrs. Shanthi Thomas as a Non-Executive Non-Independent Director and approved the appointment of Mr. Siddharth Thomas as an Additional Director (Non-Executive Non-Independent Director), subject to member approval.
