AVT Natural Products Declares Final Dividend of ₹0.45/Share

The Board of Directors of AVT Natural Products Limited, in their meeting on May 28, 2026, approved the audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. They declared a final dividend of 45%, equivalent to Re.0.45 per equity share (face value Re.1/- each) for the Financial Year 2025-26. Additionally, Mr. K Nandakumar was appointed as Manager and Chief Executive Officer (Key Managerial Personnel) for a five-year term, effective May 28, 2026. The statutory auditors, M/s Suri & Co, issued an unmodified opinion on the financial statements.
