Awfis Appoints Abhishek Poddar as Non-Executive Independent Director

Awfis Space Solutions Ltd has announced the appointment of Mr. Abhishek Poddar as an Additional Director, designated as Non-Executive Independent Director. This appointment was unanimously approved by the Board of Directors on June 29, 2026, based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. Mr. Poddar's term will commence on July 01, 2026, and conclude on June 30, 2031, subject to shareholder approval. He is an industrialist with diverse experience in finance, administration, and management, and is the Founder-Trustee of the Museum of Art & Photography (MAP). He is not related to any existing director and is not debarred from holding a director's office.
