Awfis FY26 Revenue at ₹1,493 Cr, Up 24% YoY

Awfis Space Solutions Ltd reported its highest-ever annual revenue of ₹1,493 Cr for FY26, a 24% YoY increase, driven by 35% growth in the co-working business. Operating EBITDA grew 37% YoY to ₹550 Cr, with margins expanding to 36.8%, and PBT stood at ₹72 Cr. The company achieved a 60% ROCE. Q4 FY26 revenue was ₹410 Cr, up 21% YoY, with Operating EBITDA at ₹152 Cr and PBT at ₹24 Cr. Awfis added 41 new centers and 30K operational seats, expanding its network to 266 centers with ~184K seats across 18 cities.
