AXIS Bank Appoints K. S. Giridhar as Nominee Director

AXIS Bank Ltd has appointed K. S. Giridhar as a Non-Executive Nominee Director on its Board, effective August 14, 2026. This appointment follows the withdrawal of Mini Ipe's nomination by LIC, the bank's promoter. Giridhar, currently Executive Director (P & GS) at LIC with over 35 years of experience, will serve until his nomination is withdrawn by LIC or as per applicable laws. He is not related to any other directors or key managerial personnel. The appointment is subject to shareholder approval.
