Axis Bank Limited has announced a board meeting scheduled for October 17, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ending September 30, 2026. These results will undergo a limited review by the Joint Statutory Auditors. Concurrently, the trading window for dealing in the bank's equity shares will be closed for Designated Persons and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2026, to October 19, 2026, inclusive, in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
