
Axis Bank Prices USD 800M AT1 and Senior Notes
Axis Bank Limited has successfully priced an issuance of USD-denominated Additional Tier 1 (AT1) notes and Senior Notes under its Global Medium Term Notes (GMTN) programme. The AT1 notes, Series 31, Tranche 1, amount to USD 500,000,000 with a fixed coupon of 6.875% per annum, payable semi-annually. The Senior Unsecured Fixed Rate Notes, Series 10, Tranche 1, total USD 300,000,000 with a fixed coupon of 5.348% per annum, payable semi-annually, maturing on June 30, 2031. Both issuances are priced at 100% of the aggregate nominal amount and are scheduled for issue on June 30, 2026. The proceeds will be used as detailed in the Offering Circular. The notes will be listed on India INX and NSE IX. The bank has also executed the Subscription Agreement with the Managers.
