Axis Solutions Limited has executed a Deed of Hypothecation with The Hongkong And Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited on 12th March, 2026. The loan agreement is worth Rs. 20.00 crores, which will be used to expand the operations of the business. The significant terms of the agreement include a personal guarantee from Mr. Bijal Sanghvi and Mrs. Purvi B Sanghvi, first pari-passu charge on current and future current assets, first pari-passu charge on industrial property, and a Deposit Under Lien (DUL) for INR 1.2 Mn.
