AXISCADES Acquires 90% of Cloud Wave Technologies for ₹234 Cr

AXISCADES Technologies Limited has completed the acquisition of 90% of the share capital of Cloud Wave Technologies Private Limited for a purchase consideration of INR 234 crores, subject to post-closing adjustments. This acquisition also includes the indirect acquisition of 90% of Cloud Wave's wholly owned subsidiaries, Protohubs System Solutions Private Limited and Aureate Polymet Private Limited. Consequently, Cloud Wave, Protohubs, and Aureate have become subsidiaries of AXISCADES. Cloud Wave is a precision manufacturing company with a turnover of INR 107.78 Cr for FY 25-26, Protohubs reported INR 6.54 Cr, and Aureate reported INR 6.99 Cr for the same period. This move is a strategic step in AXISCADES' growth plan.
