Axiscades' Subsidiary, Mistral Solutions, Bags Multi-Year Order from Hindustan Aeronautics Limited Worth INR 25 Crores

Axiscades Technologies Ltd announced that its subsidiary, Mistral Solutions Private Limited, has secured an order for the supply of Single Board Computer across multiple years from Hindustan Aeronautics Limited. The order, valued at approximately INR 25 Crores, is in line with the provisions of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The supply order is domestic in nature and will be executed over multiple years. Axiscades Technologies Limited confirmed that neither the promoter nor promoter group companies have any interest in the entity that awarded the order.
