Axiscades Technologies Approves ₹20 Cr Corporate Guarantee for Subsidiary

Axiscades Technologies Ltd announced that its Board of Directors has approved the issuance of a corporate guarantee amounting to ₹20 Crores for its subsidiary, Cloud Wave Technologies Private Limited. This guarantee will replace personal guarantees previously issued by exiting shareholders to various banks.
