Pursuant to provisions of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Axiscaedes Technologies Ltd's subsidiary, Mistral Solutions Private Limited, has received an order for supplying Mission Computer and Smart Display Unit across multiple years. The order is from Hindustan Aeronautics Limited, a domestic entity. The broad consideration or size of the order is around Rs. 80 Crores. The order does not fall within related party transactions and there is no interest of the promoter/promoter group or group companies in the entity that awarded the order.
