Axiscades Technologies Reconstitutes Nomination and Remuneration Committee

Axiscades Technologies Ltd announced the reconstitution of its Nomination and Remuneration Committee through a circular resolution passed on June 30, 2026. Mr. Abhay Maheshwari has been appointed as an additional member to the committee, effective July 01, 2026. The committee's composition now includes Mr. Tanmoy Chakrabarty as Chairman, and Lt Gen Codanda Poovaiah Cariappa, Ms. Mariam Mathew, Mr. Venkataraman Venkitachalam, and Mr. Abhay Maheshwari as members. This change is in accordance with SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
