Axiscades to acquire Cloud Wave for ₹260 Cr

Axiscades Technologies Limited has announced its Board of Directors has approved the acquisition of a majority stake in Cloud Wave Technologies Private Limited for an enterprise valuation of approximately INR 260 crores. This acquisition is a strategic move to accelerate Axiscades' aerospace manufacturing capabilities, integrating Cloud Wave's precision engineering and manufacturing expertise. Cloud Wave, an AS9100D-certified company, operates seven manufacturing units and serves the Aerospace & Defence and Semiconductor sectors. The deal is expected to enhance Axiscades' position in the aerospace manufacturing supply chain and support its 'Power 930' growth plan. Axiscades is also developing a new Centre for Advanced Manufacturing at Devanahalli.
