Axita Cotton Ltd: Vinod Rana Reappointed Independent Director

Axita Cotton Ltd announced the re-appointment of Mr. Vinod Rana as an Independent Director for a second term of five years, from February 22, 2027, to February 21, 2032, subject to shareholder approval. The Board also approved the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. Additionally, the company accepted the resignation of M/s. P K N & Co. as Statutory Auditors and appointed M/s DTA & Associates as their replacement. The appointment of M/s. R J and Associates as Internal Auditors and Ms. Reena K. Patadiya as Cost Auditor for FY 2026-2027 were also approved.
