Axita Cotton Sets Sept 11 Record Date for FY26 Final Dividend

Axita Cotton Ltd has re-submitted its intimation for the record date for the final dividend for FY 2025-26. The record date is fixed as Friday, September 11, 2026, subject to shareholder approval at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM). The dividend, if declared, will be ₹0.05 per equity share (5% on face value of Re. 1). The company clarified that the earlier submission was inadvertently filed under the 'General' category instead of 'Corporate Action'. The dividend payment is expected after September 30, 2026, after tax deduction at source.
