Arpit Kabra Acquires 5.67% Stake in Wardwizard Healthcare via Warrants

Arpit Kabra has acquired a 5.67% stake in Wardwizard Healthcare Limited through the preferential allotment of 6,30,000 Fully Convertible Warrants. The acquisition was made at a price of ₹10 per warrant, with 25% of the consideration paid upfront and the remaining 75% payable within 18 months of allotment. Each warrant is convertible into one equity share of face value ₹10. This transaction is in compliance with SEBI (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2018. The acquisition increases Arpit Kabra's holding to 5.67% of the total diluted share capital.
