Wardwizard Healthcare Board Meeting on Aug 13 to Approve Q1 FY27 Results

Wardwizard Healthcare Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors will convene on August 13, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited standalone financial results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2026. The meeting will also discuss any other business deemed fit by the board. Concurrently, the trading window for designated persons, which was closed on July 1, 2026, for the purpose of taking these results on record, will remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of the results. The trading window is expected to reopen on August 17, 2026.
