Aztec Fluids Board Reappoints MD, Whole-Time Director, Auditors

Aztec Fluids & Machinery Ltd. announced the outcome of its Board Meeting held on August 6, 2026. The Board approved the re-appointment of M/s. Ravi Kapoor & Associates as Secretarial Auditor and M/s. J. J. Patel & Associates as Internal Auditor for FY 2026-27. Additionally, the Board approved the re-appointment of Mr. Pulin Kumudchandra Vaidhya as Managing Director for a three-year term from November 25, 2026, and Mrs. Amisha Vaidhya as Whole-Time Director for the same period. The Board's Report for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, was also approved. These re-appointments are subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting.
