Aztec Fluids & Machinery Ltd. to Provide Corporate Guarantee for Jet Inks Private Limited

Aztec Fluids & Machinery Ltd. has decided to provide a Corporate Guarantee for securing the facility granted to Jet Inks Private Limited, its wholly owned subsidiary. The guarantee is worth INR 7,65,00,000/- (Indian Rupees Seven Crore Sixty Five Lakhs) and is provided in favor of ICICI Bank for working capital facilities to be availed by Jet Inks Private Limited. The exposure is contingent and is expected to support group operations with limited financial risk as the WOS is fully controlled and strategically aligned. The meeting of the Board of Directors commenced at 3.30 p.m. and concluded at 5:45 p.m.
