Aztec Fluids Reappoints Auditors and Key Management Personnel

Aztec Fluids & Machinery Ltd. announced the reappointment of M/s. Ravi Kapoor & Associates as Secretarial Auditor and M/s. J. J. Patel & Associates as Internal Auditor for FY 2026-27. The Board also approved the reappointment of Mr. Pulin Kumudchandra Vaidhya as Managing Director for a three-year term and Mrs. Amisha Pulin Vaidhya as Whole-Time Director for a similar term. These reappointments are subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting. The Board also approved the Board's Report for the financial year ended March 31, 2026.
