Siemens Syntex Acquires 0.016% Stake in B & A Ltd

Siemens Syntex Private Limited has disclosed its acquisition of 0.016% equity shares in B & A Limited, increasing its total holding to 11.412%. The acquisition was made through the open market on August 17, 2026. The total number of shares held by Siemens Syntex and Persons Acting in Concert (PACs) is now 353,791. The equity share capital of B & A Limited remains at ₹31,000,000/- before and after the transaction.
