Siemens Syntex Acquires 0.384% Stake in B & A Ltd

Siemens Syntex Private Limited has disclosed its acquisition of 11,932 equity shares, representing 0.384% of the total share capital, in B & A Limited through open market transactions. This acquisition increases Siemens Syntex's total holding in B & A Limited, along with its Persons Acting in Concert (PACs), from 10.919% to 11.304%. The total value of the acquisition is approximately ₹31,000,000/-. The disclosure was made under SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 2011.
