Siemens Syntex Discloses Share Acquisition in B & A Ltd

Siemens Syntex Private Limited has formally disclosed its acquisition of equity shares in B & A Limited through open market transactions. The disclosure, made under SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011, details the changes in shareholding. Prior to the acquisition, Siemens Syntex and its Persons Acting in Concert (PACs) held 11.449% of the voting capital. After the acquisition on September 1, 2026, their total holding increased to 11.581%. The total equity share capital of B & A Limited remains ₹31,000,000/-.
