The company will contribute ₹3,16,21,000, representing 63.24% of the LLP's total capital of ₹5,00,00,000. Swastik Agro Fresh LLP is engaged in real estate development, including land acquisition, construction, and leasing. Mr. Mayank Gupta, Whole Time Director, will represent Prabhatam Infra Venture in the LLP. This move is expected to allow the company to participate in real estate development and allied activities.
