B-Right Realestate Ltd Subsidiary Signs Project Development MoU

B-Right Bombay Highlines Developers Private Limited, a step-down subsidiary of B-Right Realestate Ltd, has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for the development of the Bhagat Singh Nagar SRA project. The project is located in Village Pahadi, Taluka Borivali, on a land parcel of 10,008 Sq. Mtr. The development is expected to yield approximately 5 Lakh Sq. Ft. of total sales area, with an anticipated Gross Development Value (GDV) of ₹1600 Crores. This MoU signifies a potential significant development for the company's real estate portfolio.
