Prabhu Steel forms real estate partnership with Swarneem Properties LLP

Prabhu Steel Industries Ltd has entered into a strategic partnership and collaboration with Swarneem Properties LLP, a Limited Liability Partnership, to undertake real estate development activities. This collaboration will involve the acquisition, development, construction, marketing, and sale/lease of residential and commercial projects. Prabhu Steel will hold a 50% partnership interest with an equal 1:1 profit/loss sharing ratio. The company's initial capital contribution to the partnership will be ₹25,000. No governmental or regulatory approvals are required for this arrangement. Following the formation of this partnership, Swarneem Properties LLP will be considered a related party.
