B2B Software Technologies Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for dealing in its securities. The closure is in accordance with the amendments of the code of conduct to regulate, monitor, and report trading by insiders and the code of Fair Disclosure for dealing in Unpublished Price Sensitive Information. The trading window will remain closed from 1st April, 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026 for all the designated persons, their immediate relatives and all connected persons covered under the said code. The date of the Board of Directors' meeting for the consideration and approval of the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter and financial year ended 31st March 2026 will be communicated separately.
