Nimbus Projects Appoints Doogar & Associates as Statutory Auditors

Nimbus Projects Ltd has appointed M/s Doogar & Associates (D&A), Chartered Accountants, as the Statutory Auditors for a term of five years, commencing from the conclusion of the 33rd Annual General Meeting until the conclusion of the 38th Annual General Meeting, subject to shareholder approval. This appointment follows the completion of the tenure of the existing Statutory Auditor, M/s. Oswal Sunil & Company. The decision was made based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee during a Board of Directors meeting held on May 27, 2026. The Board Meeting commenced at 03:00 p.m. and concluded at 09:30 p.m.
