Tejas Networks appoints new MD & CEO, CFO, COO, and Independent Director
Tejas Networks Ltd announced significant changes to its board and management. The company appointed Mr. Arnob Roy as the new Managing Director & CEO, effective April 15, 2026, until August 3, 2028, subject to shareholder approval. Mr. Preetham Uthaiah was appointed as the Chief Operating Officer, also effective April 15, 2026. Additionally, Mr. AVS Prasad was appointed as the Chief Financial Officer, effective May 16, 2026, following the resignation of Mr. Sumit Dhingra on May 15, 2026. The board also approved the appointment of Mr. Srikumar Vijayasekharan as an Additional Director (Non-Executive, Independent Director) for a five-year term from April 15, 2026, subject to shareholder approval, while Mr. P R Ramesh resigned as an Independent Director effective April 18, 2026.
