Shelter Pharma Converts 2,79,000 Warrants into Equity Shares
Shelter Pharma Ltd. has converted 2,79,000 warrants into 2,79,000 equity shares. This decision was made at the Board of Directors meeting held on Saturday, March 07, 2026. The warrants were allotted on receipt of Warrants Subscription money @ 25% of the issue price. The conversion was made for a total amount of Rs. 88,40,812.50. The equity shares allotted on the preferential allotment basis shall rank pari-passu with the existing equity shares of the Company in all respects. The paid-up equity share capital of the Company has increased from Rs. 16,33,27,920/ - consisting of 1,63,32,792 equity shares of Face Value Rs. 10/ - each to Rs. 16,61,17,920/ - consisting of 1,66,11,792 equity shares of Face Value Rs. 10/- each.
