B&A Packaging Recommends Final Dividend of ₹1 per Share

B&A Packaging India Ltd's board has recommended a final dividend of Re. 1 per equity share of Rs. 10 each for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, subject to shareholder approval at the AGM. The record date for dividend eligibility is July 16, 2026. The AGM will be held on July 23, 2026, and the register of members and share transfer books will be closed from July 17 to July 23, 2026. E-voting will be available from July 20 to July 22, 2026.
