B&A Packaging Recommends Final Dividend of ₹1 Per Share

B&A Packaging India Ltd's Board of Directors, in its meeting on May 25, 2026, recommended a final dividend of Re. 1/- per equity share of Rs. 10/- each for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, subject to shareholder approval at the Annual General Meeting. The board also approved the standalone audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026, and re-appointed Mr. Somnath Chatterjee as Managing Director for another 5 years, effective November 12, 2026, also subject to shareholder approval.
