Baazar Style Retail Appoints Mrs. Binata Sengupata as Independent Director

Baazar Style Retail Limited announced the appointment of Mrs. Binata Sengupata as an Additional Director in the category of Non-Executive Independent Director for a term of three years, subject to shareholder approval.
