Baazar Style Retail Ltd has announced its 13th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on September 25, 2026, at 11:00 AM IST. The meeting will be conducted virtually via Video Conferencing (VC) or Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM), in compliance with recent Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) and SEBI circulars. The Notice of the AGM and the Annual Report for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, will be sent electronically to shareholders. A cut-off date of September 18, 2026, has been fixed for determining member eligibility to vote or attend the AGM. Details regarding e-voting and attending the AGM will be provided in the AGM notice.
