Baazar Style Retail Q1FY27 Revenue Up 29% to ₹4,864 Mn

Baazar Style Retail Limited announced its financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. Revenue from operations increased by 29% year-on-year to ₹4,864 million. EBITDA grew 24% YoY to ₹719 million, while Net Profit saw an 8% increase to ₹22 million. The company expanded its store network by 19% to 276 stores and increased its total rental area by 22% to 2.58 million sq. ft. Private label revenue grew 31% YoY, contributing 62% of total revenue. The company aims for 25% revenue growth in FY27 and is focusing on cluster-led expansion, strengthening its value-fashion proposition, building a digital backbone with SAP S/4HANA, and scaling its private label business.
