Baba Arts Promoter Transfers 12.38% Stake for ₹3.9 Cr

Baba Arts Ltd announced the final tranche transfer of 65,00,000 equity shares (12.38%) by promoter Mr. Gordhan P. Tanwani to the Acquirer, Skybridge Interactive LLP, at Rs. 6 per share, totaling Rs. 3,90,00,000 (₹3.90 Crore). This follows the earlier transfer of 3,27,00,000 shares (62.29%). The promoter's shareholding has reduced to nil, while the Acquirer's stake increased to 74.67%. The transfer was recorded on November 3, 2026.
